is a multidisciplinary architecture, interior design and planning firm located in Marblehead, Massachusetts. Founded in 1993 by North Shore architect Michael McCloskey, MDG specializes in residential design. Today, houses designed or renovated by MDG can be easily recognized by their shingle style roofs and clean bold lines on the outside. Inside, MDG is known for creating bright, wide-open, sculptured spaces, reflecting their clients’ contemporary lifestyles.

MDG is one of the only residential firms using 3-D imaging programs that lets clients see the final results of the interior and exterior re-modeling of their homes long before the completion of their project.

Since its founding, MDG has completed 120 buildings with a construction value of over $60 million. Today, the team is led by Michael McCloskey, who is supported by architects Todd Hooper, Peter Soulheris and Eric Jacobson.
