For the past 28 years Jane has been decorating homes on the North Shore and the greater Boston area. Over these years she has developed a base of long term loyal clients.

Her projects have not been only in the Boston area but in California, Vermont, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Antigua. Her projects include many types of design, traditional, transitional and contemporary.

Jane has a reputation for providing clients with a design plan that reflects their needs and desires. Jane knows how important it is to listen closely to the client as they describe their daily life and the expectations they have for their new space. As she interprets the client’s taste, needs and style a design strategy is worked up and the client is then involved in the design process so that there is a true feeling of team work. She guides them toward solid design choices. There is close attention to detail, quality, installation, schedule and budget.

Jane’s designs reflect comfort and durability, incorporated into a timeless style. Her philosophy is that the process should be enjoyable and stress free, it is her privilege to become close to a family and create their special living spaces.

James Emmanuel, founder and principal of the firm, has studied the design of landscapes throughout the U.S. and abroad. His academic background includes a degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, and graduate studies at Harvard University. He has taught courses in landscape design and construction at Endicott College. He is a licensed landscape architect in Massachusetts.
