This dilapidated hillside oceanfront home needed everything. By relocating the stairs to the front of the house and removing several walls we opened all the living areas to the magnificent ocean views. French doors from the living room open onto a curved deck over the lower level living area capturing the sights and sounds of the surf below. The curved stonewalls in the landscape recall the architecture of the house.
