In order to maintain the small, intimate character of this 90 year old cottage on historic Redd's Pond, the 2 car garage, 2 bedroom and 1 bath addition was located on the back of the building. Inside the main stair was relocated and small rooms gave way to larger living and entertaining areas filled with the contemporary Italian furniture.
