After the second floor of this house was destroyed in a fire, the house was converted to a 1-story ranch. The new owners wanted to change the look of the house to shingle style and relocate the master bedroom upstairs to capture the spectacular ocean views. The dormered second floor rooms have varied and interesting ceiling shapes. The recessed master bedroom balcony on the right side of the house overlooks the ocean while providing privacy. The single column on the front of the house signals the front door.
