This unique building in the heart of Old San Juan, was gutted around 1930 and converted into a warehouse for the Gonzalez Padin Department Store. We are rebuilding this historic structure and converting it into luxury condominiums. The street façade is protected by the Institute of Culture and will be restored to its original design. The interior will be converted into several New York style lofts and receive many modern luxury items such as Italian kitchen and bathrooms, sanded glass walls, teak sliding doors, limestone floors and European lighting. The penthouse is a future project which will have dramatic views of the roofscapes of Old San Juan.
