This new home was designed for a challenging site overlooking a coastal marsh yet surrounded by 3 roads. The 'twin peaks' design of the roof allows for a wide street front without making it too tall. The roof of the wrap around porch bends up at the front door and gives way to a large sunny patio off the living room on the right side. The second floor deck has an outdoor spa over looking the beach. The guest suite over the garage balances the first floor master bedroom on the other side of the house.
