The owners of this house needed a master bedroom suite and a home office for their expanding family. By raising the attic roof and adding knee walls we were able to get enough room to build a master bedroom and outdoor Jacuzzi on the third floor. A deck was placed over the roof on the enclosed porch on the front of the house to capture the ocean breezes and fabulous water views. The green vinyl siding will be replaced with cedar shingles and the character of the house will be changed to shingle style with the addition of larger windows, gable roofs and traditional trim detailing.
