This new Dutch Gambrel was designed for a lobsterman and his family of teenage boys. The building is located on a back sloping lot with ocean views from the front of the house. Although the exterior has the traditional look of a Nahant sea captain’s house: the interior is a modern, open floor plan with old world detailing. The lighthouse shaped tower on the front of the house contains the dining room on the first floor and the master bedroom on the second floor and reflects the family’s love of the sea. The garage is located on the back of the house: the roof of which is used as a deck for the living and family rooms.
