After planning and pricing an extensive renovation to the existing house, the owners decided to raze the existing house and build a new home. The new house is bigger than and existing and has more efficient floor planning. On the lowest level is a 2 car garage and children’s playroom. The first and second floors are open planned living spaces children’s bedrooms with a second floor study. The master bedroom suite is located on the third floor. The character of the house is traditional in style but contemporary in planning features, equipment and amenities.
